1. License the software. The one-time licensing cost is only $295.00, which includes all customization for a single company name. This license never expires - you can use it forever!

2. Hosting the software. We host the purchasing software on our secure server for you. This guarantees compatibility and frees you from installing and maintaining the system. Your pages will be hosted on our secure servers so you will not be required to purchase and install your own secure server certificate. You can have your system hosted at either www.proi.net or www.launch.net. We host and maintain the entire gift certificate purchasing system on our secure servers for only $5.00 per month, paid annually.

3. Authorize.net account. We can provide you with your own Authorize.net account. As the leader in online transaction processing, Authorize.net also includes a virtual terminal so you can process charges using any Internet-enabled computer in the world.

• Website page template with images: We'll duplicate your web site format so the transition from your site to our server is seamless. We'll need an HTML file clearly marked with the location for body copy, along with all images required for the page. HTML references to images should be relative to the same folder as the HTML page.

• Contact info for certificates: We'll put your company name and phone number at the bottom of your certificates. We can also include a small logo if you provide a .gif file with a transparent background.

• Pricing information: We'll need to know how many passengers you sell a single certificate for, along with the prices. For example, our trial system offers cerificates for 2, 3 or 4 passengers at a cost of $200 ea. with a $50.00 discount on a group of four. We'll also need to know if your certificates should carry an expiration date. Our sample certificates expire one year after purchase.
